The Democratic Alliance (DA) in Witzenberg welcomes new members from the Freedom Front Plus (FF+) and Patriotic Alliance (PA), as growing numbers of residents unite behind the DA’s campaign to secure an outright majority in the municipality on 4 November. See photo here.

Among those joining the DA from the FF+ are Jan Syster and Albert Kamfer. Albert has been involved in the FF+ for the past 18 months and previously represented Witzenberg in the party’s provincial structures.

The DA also welcomes Carol Mano, Cecilia Smith, Marodene Pedro and Annalene Pedro, who have joined from the PA.

We welcome these new members into the DA family and look forward to the contribution they will make to strengthening our campaign and serving the people of Witzenberg.

Their decision reflects a growing recognition that residents who want stable government, better services and more economic opportunities have a common political home in the DA.

The choice facing Witzenberg on 4 November is clear: another term of unstable coalition politics, or a strong DA government with a clear mandate to deliver.

Every vote that consolidates behind the DA brings Witzenberg closer to an outright majority government that can focus on the needs of residents instead of the demands of coalition partners.

A DA majority will allow us to focus on improving basic services, maintaining infrastructure, attracting investment and creating an environment in which businesses can grow and jobs can be created.

We ask residents who share our commitment to accountable government, better service delivery and a prosperous Witzenberg to join us.

On 4 November, Witzenberg has an opportunity to choose growth and stability over coalition uncertainty, delivery over political bargaining, and a DA majority that works for all.
